About Action Log
When RoboBasket processes files it will write action log to record the details of the action like time, rule title, action name, original path and destination path. If you need to find some file which has been processed by RoboBasket you can search the action log.
To search action log
Click "Search Action Log" item in the menu. In the Action Log dialog type any clue words related to the file you need to search. While you are typing the words the software is searching at the same time, the matched search results is listed in the grid. You don't need to press the enter key and wait for the search results, you can modify the search words based on the returned results. The results in the grid is colored based on the action sequence, each row in the grid represents a action, the rows in the same color and listed next to each other means they processed the same file or folder based on the same rule.
To open or locate file
Click on the row in the search results grid you can see more detailed information in the "Action Detail" area. If the file is not moved or deleted you can open the file by clicking the button "Open" or locate the file by clicking the "Locate"
To export log file
Click the "Export Log" menu in the log window. Select the path and file name and you can save the log into plain text file which you can open with other text edit program.
To clear log
Click the "Clear Log" menu in the log window.
