With the help of Rocket Typing you can save hours of time every day. Add your frequently-used phrases(e.g. common email replies, email signatures) to your snippet library and insert them into your emails by typing a short abbreviation!
Step 1:
Download Rocket Typing and install. Run the application and click on the Rocket Typing icon in the system tray. Choose the "Snippets" item from the menu.
Step 2:
Add your common email replies and signatures to the snippets library.
Step 3:
Type the abbreviation when you need to insert the common replies or email signatures. Rocket Typing will show you tool tip as it detect the abbreviations and automatically expand the text.
